What You Need To Register

There is a $5.00 participation fee for all consigners due when you drop off your items. For each item you sell, you will receive 70% of the sale price. Your consigner’s check will be mailed out 3 weeks after the sale. Please bring a self-addressed stamped envelope when you drop off your items. If you don’t, we will deduct $1 from your check. Lastly, when you arrive for drop-off, each consigner will be required to Sign In, thus agreeing to Twinkle Twinkle Toys Consigner’s Agreement.

Identify Your Consignner Number

How To Identify Your Unique Consigner Number

Your consigner number is your first and last initials plus the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave on the form.

Example

For example, if your name is Jane Smith and your phone number is 870.555.4242, then your consigner number is

JS4242

Determine What You Will Sell

Step 4

Prepare Your Items For The Sale

Organizing and Tagging Your Items

Make sure toys are clean and are in working order (If you wouldn’t want to buy it, neither will anyone else). All small parts MUST be bagged and securley attached or they will not be allowed in the sale. Please include original directions or other paperwork for appropriate items if you still have it.

How To Tag Items

Every item MUST be appropriately tagged to ensure you get credited with the sale of your item. Below is a list of supplies you will need, along with directions on how to tag your itmes.

Tag Supplies

  • clear packing tape
  • ziploc bags
  • index cards
  • red pen

Directions for Tagging Items

Secure your tag to the toy, book, movie, or other item with clear packing tape. Ensure your tag is clearly visible for buyers. Click the picture below to see an example of a tag.

Drop Off Your Items For The Sale

Wednesday, Nov.12, from 4-6pm.
Thursday, Nov.13, from 10am-2pm.

Drop your items off at the gym of Fellowship Bible Church. See the home page for a map and directions.

Step 6

Enjoy Shopping Early At The Pre-Sale

When To Come To The Pre-Sale

Thursday, Nov 13, from 6:30-8pm for Sellers
(If you are also a worker or advertiser, please see the appropriate Pre-Sale schedule under the Volunteers/Advertiser Info).

Step 7

Pick Up Your Remaining Items After The Sale

When To Come Pick Up Your Items

Saturday, Nov 15, from 12:30-2pm
When you arrive to pick up your remaining items, all sellers must Sign Out prior to collecting the items. Remaining items will not be sorted. Sellers are responsible to locate and take their items. Anything left after 2pm will be donated to a local charity.
(Remember, we will mail your checks within three weeks following the sale.)
